The inspiration for my domain name came from the song Romanticide by Nightwish, my favourite band. There is no concrete meaning for the word, as far as I'm aware. People have used to mean either 'killing the romance' or 'killed by romance'. I simply love the word and the song, so I bought the domain name as soon as it became available :)

I live in a countryside cottage with a cat named Tilly. I'm studying Religions and Theology at the University of Manchester. I plan to go to law school afterwards. When I'm not studying or working, I can be found playing piano, singing, learning languages, baking, writing, sewing, etc. I love shopping, too. I spend a lot of time on the Internet, doing everything from chatting to checking the news.
I like 'big' music, whether it's an opera, a symphony orchestra or a heavy metal band. When it comes to movies, I prefer horror. My main passion is hockey. I don't play, but I'm an avid fan and my team means the world to me. I'd describe myself as rational and self-assured, but emotionally shallow and aloof - your typical INTP, in other words. Think about Estella Havisham from Charles Dickens' Great Expectations and you're probably not far off.
